It is very comprehensive and the instructors are great. If Bikram is your calling, the I would recommend Hot Yoga Louisville for certification - also very knowledgable and great program.

I do like to walk in cherokee so now I can join the hikes on the trails when they go a day I can join. This is cool asap I am going on one of the hikes :) I have already told a friend about it. Thanks for the adivce
