  “ Sean, I was really hoping you would come out and exercise this weekend. I know its a Holiday Weekend, everyone has big plans. But next weekend I hope you will get your butt to Boot Camp! Its a really fun workout. A mixture of high and low intensity aerobics, kickboxing, plyometric drills, and yoga. Stress-relieving, endorphin-producing exercises all done to my funky music! Please come next week! 8am, Sat and Sun, Shively Park, tennis courts!! Be there or be square! ”
